Outline:
There are 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th stage humans of all colors
Sub-human, lower mid-human, upper mid-human and aware-ians, respectively
There is an "awareness rift" between lower and upper mid humans below which awareness appears to me to be unlearnable. Looks to me like 50 percent of all humans
The line goes right between the middle-enders
The question is "do you naturally reach the "important forms?" If so you are an aware-ian
If not the good news is you can build up your ability to adhere to a code of honor if you want to
Even a psychopath (a potential sub-human) can be a mid-human he just has to be able to dominate his lizard brain relative to a code of honor
You've got to have the honor code information to make the human/sub-human decision
If you embrace your lizard brain we're gonna hunt you down because you're making a choice to be sub-human
The measure of a man or woman is really how much he/she can control his/her "inner lizard"
If you are a lizard and refuse to reach for the important forms, the human race does not need you
Consequently I think we need tests for awareness
I think we need to answer the question "is awareness a gene or a combination of genes?"
I also think that IQ tests are weighted towards smart (good at focused complexity) not aware (good at wide angle complexity plus empathy;) this is bad
So all I can do is give individual examples on the awareness spectrum; I can't prove percentages
Sub-human:
Sociopaths should be determined to be sociopathic at the age where that is possible and then tracked with AI, singled out and presented with a moral code that they'd better adhere to or else
Now remember, If a man has that affliction of paedophilia and he fights it his whole life without hurting any children, hes not a sub-human; this needs to be tracked and encouraged
What we need to do is CONTROL the sub-human population; maybe put them to use in space
Lower mid-human:
These are your narcissists
Narcissism equals small, because in the grand scheme of things we are all specks; so if you only see yourself, what do you see? A speck!
Upper mid-human:
These are the people who can learn to be an aware-ians; the are intrinsically good, but can fail and need training

Aware-ians:
The strong empaths
The equalizer, Harry Bosch are good examples
They put honor above everything and fight for good
In other words they can naturally reach the "important forms" as an adult
They lose their ego, because more you can lose your ego the more powerful you become (reaching the form of humility)
Personally, I'm an empath, so I'm forced to be honorable, because if I screw somebody else over it's like I'm screwing myself over!
It is clear that the world is going through a metamorphosis or an evolutionary rift or convulsion where aware people who come in all colors are separating from the unaware people who exist in droves and a come in all colors. Awareness will win!
We're not going to be able to train everyone in true awareness (knowing what to do but not having the actual empathy isn't really awareness, but it will suffice)
By the way the unaware are easily led by the primitive alpha male who is also very unaware
The unaware are pinheads; you have your head pinhead and your lemming pinheads ( Tribalism)
We need strong aware people who can reach the forms; color, sexual orientation, gender, religion or lack there of, are all irrelevent; (how smart they are is almost irrelevent also)
